Hello,

We are currently experiencing a problem whilst exporting purchase
orders to Email in HTML format.

In most places, when exporting to email, it should create the HTML in
the body of the email. However, in this instance, it attaches a .tmp
to the email instead.

They are using Outlook for email and they are set to compose mail in
HTML format.

Anyone seen this before and know whats wrong?

Thanks,
Matt

Hi

I had a similar issue with a customer exporting to MS Word.
If you bring your version up to 2.0.0112 it should resolve it.

We upgraded to SP2 ( 2.0.0117) and still have the issue.

Thanks,
Matt

Your answer is simple, Get PDF995 its $10 pwr license you install the
program and it will print the PO into a PDF file, This way you can send it
as an attachment and when printed by the supplier it looks just like it
would if you print it from your desktop.

Use export to file and then attach it to the email. Exporting to email
doesn't work. I gave up on it a long time ago, but exporting to file and
then attaching it to the email works like a charm. No need to buy anything.
