Please log in for more thread options There's a lot of specialized patient/customer data that an eyeglass shop
would need to store - like prescription and frame size.
RMS allows 5 custom strings, 5 custom numbers and 5 custom dates per
customer. These are PER CUSTOMER, there is no way to track their
changes over time.
It also allows, but does not force transaction and line item comments.
I don't think that RMS would work very well for this type of store,
unless there are other systems that are dealing with the specialized
data (and the entry of that data). From a perspective of just
maintaining inventory and recording sales, sure it can do that...
