Hello:
I use PCChargePro with Store Ops. There are times when PCCharge pro fails
during the first attempt to process a transaction and the cashier must
process the transaction again. The fraud protection option in PCCharge pro
prevents duplicate transactions. How do I force the transaction through RMS
while maintaining the necessary fraud potection features of PCCharge?
Thanks,
Rob

Try putting an upper case F in front of the card number before processing.
I know that works in the GUI of PCCharge. Not sure if it works through RMS,
though.

Thanks. The 'F' option doesn't work through RMS...I appreciate your suggestion.
