Filters - save them for re-use elsewhere in system

I'd love to have the ability to re-use filters. If I create a filer for a
report, for example, it would be wonderful to be able to recall it next time
I run the report. Or even apply it elsewhere in the system - the inventory or
label wizards, for example.

Like memorized reports, but memorized filters.
