Hi,
how do I get an upgrade to the new version?

The company from which I purchaed is totally unresponsive and
unreliable...the worst customer service I have ever seen. Unfortunately I
now have to find a way to get it elsewhere. I purchased my RMS less than a
year ago (in March/April 2005). Is there a phone# at Microsoft I can call
and ask for help on this?

I believe you can only get it if you are current on a MS RMS maintenance
plan, and if you are, you should receive the upgrade cd automatically from
MS. Are you aware that the only substantial change is that RMS will no
longer save the credit card numbers and information when using integrated
credit card processing? You can call MS MBS at (800) 456-0025.

Hi Zorian,

I am sorry to hear your reseller has not been responsive. If you purchased
the maintenance plan you should have received the upgrade automatically. If
you need to contact Microsoft CustomerSource use this link
(https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource) or call the Microsoft Business
Solutions Support number 888-400-4266. I hope this information helps. If you
need further help post the area where your business is located and maybe
another partner will respond to help.

Zorian,

In addition, your account is tied to that reseller. When you talk to MS,
ask for a Change of MBS Partner form. I tried to attach one, but it
wouldn't accept it. After you've found a reseller that you like, fill out
the form and fax or email it to Microsoft.

Be sure to put why you are changing partners!!
