Hi Danny - try overriding the zero price by clicking on it and typing the
value of the gift certificate that is being purchased by the special
customer; then tender the transaction, the override price should carry over
and load onto the GC

It does - but why is this happening... Is it a bug or did I do something
wrong?

I doon't know if MS would allow this to be classified as a bug...you may want
to give it a shot anyway....the system's logic is that once you've assigned a
customer price level, then assigned that customer to the transaction, it
defaults to reading the price level assigned at the item level, which in your
case is zero (you've set it up to prompt for the price at POS)....MS may
reason that there's an easy workaround by simply over-riding the zero price
on the transaction....

Hi Convoluted

Thanks for the reply - I guess I was just making sure that it wasn't
something I was doing wrong.
