If you have access to Customer Source you can download the Gift Receipt and
instructions on how to setup from here:

The other thing you wil need to do is set up a second printer to print the
gift receipt. I have added the receipt printer ( we use an Epson TM-T88IIIP)
with a Windows driver so the system thinks there are two printer (you
probably don't want to set it as the default either). Then in Store OP
Manager set the second printer in the register list in the properties list as
a window printer with the same name, select your receipt printer option, and
use the template Rob suggested.

Hope that helps :-)

Sean,

You can use the same printer that is defined in the Printers and Faxes
window for both Receipt Printer 1 and Receipt Printer 2. Just toggle Receipt
Printer 2 to Do not print receipt but Journal receipt that way at the pos
you can press Shift + F11 - Reprint and it will print your gift receipt.

Rob,

Thanks I'll have to try that we are new to RMS and I am hunting these
discussions for anything helpful.

Cheers!
