Global Customers not uploading to HQ Ed in Ireland 04-29-2009

Hello,

I have a HQ and 1 Store Ops with all customers checked as Global.
Global Customers are enabled for Multistore in the Customer Options.
The Customers are not being pulled up into HQ. Those customers that were
local ( a small percent) I ran a script and changed them all to Global. They
then updated to HQ on the next 401. The majority of the customers are still
not updating.

Any Ideas.

Thank you,

Ed

Ed,
The problem is those customers have already been uploaded to HQ. Non-Global
customers get uploaded to HQ, just not copied to other stores. Deleting the
customers from HQ and then running a 401 may solve the problem, but you will
certainly want to do this in a test environment before doing it in
production to ensure there are no unforeseen repercussions.

Thanks Ryan,

Yes, the customers have uploaded to HQ as Local Customers. What I need to
do is change them from Local to Global. Maybe if I delete them out of the HQ
Local customer list and run a back dated 401 to upload them as global. I
will give that a try in a test environment.

Thanks,

Ed
