Hello,
Here is my situation. I had 2 stores set up through a HQ installation. We
lost the HQ server in a flood. We installed a new HQ server, sent a sync
worksheet and a backdated 401 worksheet through to the first location. All
the information back until the very first transaction uploaded to HQ. Now I
did the same for the second location but it failed to upload. Now the second
location's DB is considerably larger than the first.(1.1gb). I have been
trouble shooting this problem all day. I can backdate a 401 a couple hours
at a time and have it process no problem. However if I try to upload just
one full day, HQ client seems to just freeze or it takes a good hour to
upload all the information. I have shut everything off on the network that
could possibly be eating up bandwidth as well.
Note: When I tried to backdate a 401 all the way back to the store opening,
every half an hour I would get this error.
<<CstateMachine: ExecuteState>> Error 7. Not enough storage is available to
complete this operation. (Unhandled Error, state = '9')
I know there is plenty of available storage.
Well this is where I am currently stuck. Any help on this would be GREATLY
appreciated. Thank you and have a great day.
