Please log in for more thread options The answer I gave before was the solution to the Invalid store number or
password error.
You don't have to have the same UserID/Password at the store as at HQ.
I suspect that in changing it you have mis-configured something -
probably HQ Client, but I can't tell from the truncated error message in
your post.
Check HQ Client, File/Configuration, Database Tab. Try the test
connection button and verify that you are connecting. Also, remember
that the HQ Client should be connecting to a Store DB not an HQ DB.
