Run-Time Error '3002': File Could Not be opened

This happens everytime after a certain store connects, and after a
reinstall of hqserver it works fine again for about 2 weeks then this
happens again, all running on sp2 with april fix, as sp3 was giving
250 errors.

Please if anybody could have a clue as to what may be happening in
this instance, it will be much appreciated. :(

Have you tried simply stopping the HQ Server application and restarting it?

I have found that I get 401 errors after about 3-4 weeks, where the sales
simply dont go into the HQ database and this fixes it.
