We currently have 2 HP DL360 with Xeon 1.86 CPU's running SQL on 1 with 10G
ram and HQ manager, citrix and HQ server on the other server with 4 G ram.
There are 40 stores connecting over a 3 hour sync schedule.
We are experiencing severe communication problems as the server CPU's maxes
out 90% of the day. We are looking at putting in 2 lower spec servers to run
HQ server (20 per stores per server) and putting in quad core Xeon's in the
SQL and HQ manager servers. Will this deal with our syncing problems at HQ?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
