 How do I configure or change the HTML status window in the POS application?

 Andrea,

SO Admin | File | Configuration | Web Status Page and point to the file you
wish to use.

SO POS | Ctrl+F6 | Transaction Screen tab | check Display HTML status bar

If you are looking for some samples, a few have been posted on this ng in
the last couple of months.
