Hi Mates

In MRMS i tried to hold a transaction and without recalling a transaction on
hold , i logged out of the system by taking the zz report.

When i logged in as a new user i could see the transactions on hold of the
previous user.

Question is if the user is on straight shift then , the old transactions on
hold will be appearing on the screen till we dont delete it. It may be the
transactions of one month also.

Is it a bug? anyway around.

Transactions may be held indefinately. I don't think this can be
classified as a bug, it is a design decision. Held transactions are not
linked to a cashier a batch or even a register; until they are recalled
and cancelled or completed, they can be recalled by any cashier (who has
access to the recall functions) at any register. This is as intended.
