We've noticed that our credit card receipts show the tender type at the
bottom and change due, but does not print the credit card number (masked or
otherwise) or the Processing Code on it, while every other retailer around us
seems to have that on our credit cards.

It's important for us because if a customer makes a return, we just know
that it was a Visa/MC, Amex, or other. To find which one was used, we have
to go back in the journal which takes too much time.

Also, on another note, we use the ingenico 1000s for signature capture. Is
there a way to print the signature on the receipt as well? It gets stored in
the journal, so there much be a variable that allows us to write a code in
XML to bring up the signature and print it somewhere on the receipt.

For printing the captured Sig, New West has an add in that allows it.
It's not possible without an add-in, it's not accessible in the receipt
template language.

I think there's a checkbox on the receipt template properties that
allows you to show a masked card number, but I haven't looked in a while
so I'm not positive.

If you RECALL the transaction for return, when you tender the sale, the
credit card info should have the masked card number displayed. You have
to rescan the card anyway, but it should show the last 4...
