I want to know that how I can change and delete the particular individual
recorded
transaction.Please advise.

You can VOID the transaction by using F11 - Recall. There's really no
way to delete a transaction once it is tendered - Voids and returns just
create reversing transactions to zero out inventory and tender changes.
