How to find RMS POS Serial number?

Hello,

We are using RMS Store Operation and looking to buy RMS HQ to upgrade.
Typically the serial number is on the box that came with the original disk.
If we're not able to locate this, is there another way on the system to look
that up?

Why do you need the serial number? If yuo are on version 1.3 it is on the
dongle. If you are not and are 2.0 you should have had a registration card.
May be your reseller or distributor has a record of it if yo do not,
Contact your reseller.

hi afshin

i use office accounting 2008 and i have converted some default labels to
persian caption .now i want to use ms pos 2.0 . could i change labels to
persian

I am only available of RMS not MS POS. With RMS you can do translation with
MS POS there is no SDK. So RMS and any laguage is easy. MS PoS more
difficult.

Within the POS application if you press "Ctrl+Shift+F1” this displays the
system information including the Product ID or the dongle key depending on
whether you are running 1.3 or 2.0
