Meaning- can they gift card be swiped throught the keyboard with a Magstripe reader and have it read the amount on the gift card, or does the client needs to hava a seperate machine for this transaction? My potential client wants this to be integrated with the software- is this possible? Is that what you meant? I have been unable to the magswipe to work with voucher tender types with IBM POS systems, but I think it may work with Cherry wedge. The actual swipe will read the card number.
