What should buy to count and adjust the inventory. I need some thing I can go
each departmen and count merchantdise and adjust it.

How about an inexpensive, wireless laptop? Assuming you have wireless in
the store. If not, wireless access points are cheap. Just make it secure
with WPA or WPA2.
Install RMS on it, add a bar code scanner, put it on a rolling cart and go
for it!
