I tried the below steps and I'm still getting the same issue.

Please log in for more thread options

A bad CD perhaps? It sounds like the machine is unable to read the
disk properly...

I think you may be on to something...that the only piece that hasn't been
isolated. I tried copying the CD's contents to my Hard Drive but some files
failed in the copy.

I'm trying to get myself another copy

i have not recieved my 2.0 yet. are there alots of changes? is it better?

I wish i could tell you by the CD I got this on seems to be corrupted - I got
it from a partner.
