Has anyone defragmented the disk running RMS and the SQL database? Is there
any issue with doing defragmentation of a disk running a database on it?

Shouldn't be any problem. I've done it several times and never noticed any
issues. If I'm not mistaken Windows does some minor defragmentation in the
background all the time anyway.
