One of our clients is receiving a Database connection lost Error -2147467259
message in Store Operations Manager when copying Items. They are able to add
new items fine. The error occurs when she copies an item, makes changes, and
then saves the item on the back office computer. The Item copy works fine on
POS1. RMS V1.3 Refresh MSDE.

Hi Glenn,
The error occurs on all items tried. The database check was performed with
no errors. The network settings were reviewed, the network protocols (Named
Pipes, TCP/IP) were disabled and then reenabled, both computers were
rebooted, the network connections were refreshed, the file printer and
sharing is checked on both computers, and the Windows firewall was turned off
on both computers. The client is now able to copy the same items tried
before.
Thank you for your assistance,
Ed
