Loyalty/Gift card add-ons

Does anybody know of any other Loyalty/Gift card programs other than GIVEX
and ones offered through retailrealm. My client is looking to the following,
in her words...

"For a loyalty program I would like it to keep track of the points. Allow a
customer to save up and use them all at once or some at a time. I would also
like to be able to give points on a sale even if a customer is using some
loyalty points. The points will print out on the sale ticket. I want to be
notified at sale time if a customer has enough loyalty points to use.

I guess it would also have to be kept fairly simple. Everyone will receive
points except cash sales. So it should be defaulted that way and then I would
just have to go in and change my cash sales to no points."
