Matrix Master by DRS is a wonderful add-in for managing Matrices. Although
I do not know if it has a print out exactly like the link in your post. The
guys are DRS are really easy to work with as well. They can be found at
http://www.digiatlretailer.com.
If for some reason Matrix Master does not fit your needs give us a call for
a quote on a report that will show up like you require.
