 It looks like RMS is blocking us from entering a voucher (or gift
certificate) amount over $1000. Is there a way to set this limit higher?

Check the Max value setting on the Verification tab when looking at
the properties of the Tender in Manager. If you change it, you will
need to Z-out at POS before POS can 'see' the change.
