What is the best way to move my broken inventory out. I HAVE AN EXCEL
SPREADSHEET WITH ABOUT 400 ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM INVENTORY AND
QUANTITIES ADJUSTED.

THANK YOU,

The best way to move your broken inventory out is setup a 'Return to offline
inventory' Reason Code. Then at the POS when you are returning the item
select this reason code. This way the items don't show up in your Quantity
On Hands. At the end of the week or month when ever you return all you
defective stock you can transfer the items back to your Supplier and have a
paper trail.

I know this doesn't help you right now but it should help you control this
in the future.

There is no automatic way in RMS Store Ops to do what you are asking.

You could try Importing your information into the InventoryOffline table in
the database. You will need the ItemID and the Quantity for each item in
order to do this.
