Please log in for more thread options Hello,
Thank you so much for any ideas. I have continued to study on this and have
got a little closer in accomplishing my goal, but not completely. Someone in
another post suggested using "CTRL F7" and having a ship to address set up
called "Walk In" for the customers who do walk in sales and on-site. So, I
would just select the "Ship to" when they purchase in the store.
This works, BUT, when I select their alternative ship to address for that
transaction by using "CTRL 7", it defaults to NO TAX. There is not a check
mark in any of the boxes by the items they bought. Now, if I click in the
boxes, it will create the correct tax (based on the walk-in customer), but I
would like to find a way to not have to click each box. I would love to talk
to someone more about this in person. Please e-mail me at
bentoncopcs@hotmail.com Thank you.
The other post was dated 10/10 and called "How to toggle sales tax for all
items in a transaction in RMS"
