Need to re-batch credit card payments

We have just realized that the visa & mastercard payment in MSPOS has been
authoring the credit cards but we cannot batch them out. We have all the
signed slips. How can I unsettle them and make them batch so that we can be
paid. Thanks.

On MSPOS You can not resettle batch anymore. For debit card You dont have to
worry You will get it after few days But for credit card You need to call
your prcessor and ask them to settle the batch manuely.
Rememember ! They hold the money for only one week for credit card after
that You can not do anything.
