Does anyone know how to enter RMS license keys on a machine that had RMS
Store Operations installed and licensed then uninstalled and finally is
having RMS installed again but needs to have new product (license) keys
installed. During the install it just goes past the licensing and doesn't
give you the option to put them in.
Thanks

Open up Store Ops POS and it should prompt you to enter the license key.

Rob,
It will not let you type in the new license key, it just goes past it. And
I'm sure it is because of the previous install. We went through the TK to
uninstall both RMS and SQL. Is there anyway we can force it to allow us to
change it? In the registry it is in binary and I wasn't sure about trying to
change or delete anything there.
Thanks,

Kathy,

You can delete the entire key from the registry. Then restart POS.
