Please log in for more thread options Find out if you need a keyboard present when attaching to the ps/2 port, and
if you do, what you can buy as a terminator instead of a keyboard. PSC
might have a cable with a kb terminator, or there might be a barcode you can
scan to program the scanner so it doesn't need one. Also, maybe there's a
USB keyboard emulation cable. That's how I buy all my HH Scanners now. Plug
it into USB port and windows recognizes it as a keyboard. Call tech support.
Numbers on the psc aussie web site.
http://au.psc.com/html/contacttechsupport.htm PSC tech support should have
been your first contact before you tried anything.
