Please log in for more thread options I will experiencing a similar situation over the weekend (server maintenance
will be taking out our Internet connection for a while). What happens if the
cashier forgets and they swipe the card without typing in the voice
authorization code first?
Two other questions regarding offline credit card transactions:
Do I need to change the settings on my Store Ops Admin / Configuration / EDC
tab to disable the electronic draft capture software?
Do I need to change my Visa, MAsterCard, and American Express tender types
at all, possibly unchecking the "perform verification" checkbox on the
Verification tab?
