Open/Partial/Closed PO icons gone - replaced by text Terrible Tom 11-01-2007

One of the computers here had a problem with Windows and I had to blow it
away and re-install everything. I installed RMS v2.0 Store Ops & HQ and
applied the Hot Fix we're all running (v2.0.0109, I think).

The PO list used to have icons for Status. White/Blank for Open, White
w/Red Exclamation Point for Partial and Yellow w/Lines for Closed.

On this one PC, these icons have been replaced with text. It's obviously
not a critical issue, but the user of this PC has been looking at those icons
for over two years and she would prefer the icons over the text.

Problem also applies to Transfer Orders.

Anybody got any suggestions for getting these icons back?

Good morning Tom,

Thank you for posting your question about missing icons.

I would recommend that you try:

1. Installing all Windows updates.

2. Installing hotfix 7 (build 2.0.0113). There were no fixes related to
this; but it's possible installing another hotfix may resolve the issue.

3. Inserting the Store Operations CD and running Repair.

4. Inserting the Headquarters CD and running Repair.

5. Uninstalling and Reinstalling Store Operations and Headquarters; and
checking to see if the issue is resolved prior to installing any hotfixes.
If it is, apply hotfix 7 and test again.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to resolve the issue by repairing Store
Operations (this also fixed the same issue with HQ).
