I'm having trouble setting up PC Charge on a two-POS system for a client.
We're using PC Charge Payment Server v.5.6.7. We have users limited at one
for now, which we'll need to take care of ourselves. I have Reg 1 using the
shared Active Charge folder on the server for the EDC path. I have the
account number from the PC Charge About screen as the merchant number. I
have a user set up in PC Charge ("1"). We have the correct processing
company. We're using TCP/IP over a satellite connection. What happens is
that it keeps timing out after waiting for at least a few minutes. PC
Charge has the "System Ready" message appearing on the server, and the
server is running. We have successfully tested PC Charge at the
server, and that PC Charge is only installed at the server. We have looked
through Techknowledge # KB836405. What could be the problem?
