No, but I have PCCharge issues as well. Two of our stores need to archive
data, but the feature comes up with a separate error in each store. I have
error PCCWHIST.MDB Error 3343:Unrecognized database format 'C:Program
FilesActive-Chargebackuppccwhist.mdb AND PCCWHIST.MDB Error
3044:'C:Documents and
SettingsStore406.CLEARPATHDesktopbackuppccwhist.mdb' isn't a valid path.
Make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected
to the server on which the file resides.
Calls and emails to Verifone go unanswered. Their support is pretty poor.
