Has anyone ever had all their PO's disappear?
Have a customer who is just about to go live and all their PO's have
disappeared. The only info I have to give a clue was that while entering a PO
the screen went weird and Store Ops had to be closed and restarted. Surely
this wouldnt cause the table to be dropped.

First, make sure that they clear all of the filter criteria int he PO
List - Like "This month" or "This week" or "Show Open". It's very
likely that they have just accidentally filtered the list; the screen is
not intuitively designed in that regard.

If they have no date range and are set to show all and you still don't
see anything, make sure they are still connecting to the correct
database - a restart should not have changed that, but check anyway.

If they are connected to the correct DB, it is possible that the DB is
corrupted in some way - if you have a recent backup and can simply
restore it and reenter the lost data, do that. If not, there are a
couple of things you can try from SO Administrator:
1) Take a backup (let's not make it any worse than it already is)
2) connect to the DB in SO Administrator
3) Database/Check
4) Database/Reindex
5) See if that helped...
6) Query/New
        Select * from purchaseOrder
7) If there are results from the above Query, then the data is still
there - maybe the values would tell you if there is a reason it is not
displayed...

Thanks Glen

I had already done all of this apart from re-indexing the db. There were no
records in the db at all i the live db or the backup. Nothing even showed as
corrupt.
I will try the re-indexing but don't think it will make any difference.
