POS Crash when tendering transaction Irina 11-27-2006

 When tendering transaction (cash), for some items, the POS crashes and I get
the following error message:
"Multiple step operation generated error. Check each status value", Error
-2147217887.
I searched KB but it didn't help the answer there. I check the database and
re-indexed it. I applied the Hot Fix.
Can you please help me? Thank you,
