SA,
3 things are needed for debit card setup in addition to the credit card
info.
A Sharing Group number that is 14-30 digits long.
A Merchant ABA Number that is 9 digits long. (usually the merchant's
deposit account number)
A Settlement Agent Number that is 4 digits long
Vital cannot provide this info, it must come from the bank or ISO. If you
can't get this info from them, find a new bank/ISO
Attached is a form I send to the ISO and then plug the info into RMS/MSPOS

Thats the thing. The Customer does have a pinpad (Verifone SE1000) and they
were encryption injected. The Pinpad functions fine, but EDC fails after
the
pin is entered.
Errors:
"Re-enter" with nothing in the "Merchant settlement agent Number" and a "1"
in the "Sharing Group"
or
071 or 0141 if we put something int the "Merchant settlement agent Number"
The "Merchant settlement agent Number" only will accept a 4 char input.
Suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
