The information on the service pack can be found at
https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource/downloads/servicepack/pos-2009-sp1.htm?printpage=false
on PartnerSource.
Most of the database changes are related to the views and functions to
support bug fixes in reporting as well as updates to the RDLs, which you can
find in the readme. In addition, a TaxLocationID column was added to the
Transaction and TransactionHold tables to support tax location recall.
Thank you!
