How do I print a complete price list that shows all columns of pricing with
Supplier names in alphbetical order, model number, description? I have tried
several crystal reports to no avail. Thanks

Platinum,

SO Manager | Reports | Items | Price List. You will have to fiddle with the
columns you want to see by right clicking on the body of the report,
Show/Hide columns, check/uncheck the columns you want.

Then click and drag the column you want to sort by to the left, so its the
first column, (couldn't tell by your post if you wanted it in Description or
Supplier order) then go to Select columns to group icon (second one on top)
and select No Groups.

If you don't want to do this each time, memorize the report by clicking on
the Save button up top (looks like a floppy disc) and give the report a new
name. Next time look in the Memorized Reports section.
