Pole Display is getting freeze again and again.... Aldo 12-12-2005

Hi, when we started with RMS, everithing runned very nice... execp for the
Pole Display it sometimes rarely times got froozen, i mean it can work fine
all the day but sometimes after a sale is done it keeps the last sale
information on and it cannot be updated by the next sale, i have to
dissconnect it and connect it again.

This issue is more frecuently each time, it get frozzed many times at day...
the pole diplay model is: LC-PD3900-UB (its a logic controls)

any i dea?

You could try updating your OPOS drivers. Not sure why this would happen
though.

There are no updates for that driver since i dont know when.

We have those problems with LC USB Pole displays and were only resolved after
switching to serial Pole displays.

Do you think the usb LCD display will work as well as serial LCD even if i
get a usb-serial harware adapter?
