In the Inventory Wizard, 110 Price Change, export. The item numbers that
were scanned in from barcodes, and the item numbers that start with a 0,
change when exported and then they can not be found for the import back in.
Is there a better way to do this?

Change your column to a text column instead of a number column in Excel =
(I assume)
Create the import template first (make the column text), import the =
exported file, diddle with it, import back to RMS
