 Is there a way to add a 3rd printer? I would like to add a DOT Matrix in the
shipping dept. of a lumber yard/hardware store.

No, you can to add a 3rd printer only with custom proc that print your
document.. not from RMS

could you please explain "custom proc"? Could I possible pull the customer
invoice in Microsoft Word XP and use one of my windows printers to accomplish
this?
