Please log in for more thread options I believe RMS uses the ILC for the barcode because you could have many
different upcs in the Alias field and the program wouldn't know which Alias
you want to print the label for.
I'm guessing the problem you have is that if you change the ILC after
printing the barcode, the barcode label you printed for the the item that has
the UPC in the Alias field will no longer be recognized? If this doesn't
happen too often, you could temporarily make the ILC the UPC you want to put
in the alias field, then print the labels, then change the ILC back to the
original number, then put the upc in the Alias field. Kind of a pain, but it
should work.
