In RMS i have a choice of printing to two printers after a transaction but
this is not enough since i have five distribution points and a printer at
each location and i need to be able to print a receipt to any one of them at
any given time fron one PC. At present i can only do this with 2 printers,
can you tell me how i can incorporate the other 3 without adding another
computer to the mix.

That's a stumper... I can't even think of a way to do that through an
add-in. Well, maybe you could have a utility that changes the name of
your windows printer before RMS tries to print to it.

Check around for 3rd party utilities for print distribution. You would
want something that acts as a print driver but pops up a selection list
that allows you to choose a printer. Sort of the way that adobe acrobat
can act as a printer, but just redirecting the print instead of
distilling it to a file...

add all the 5 printers to the windows program

then use the journal to reprint and select the printer you need to print to

I suggest that you think of this differently. Do not try to print at all
from POS. Rather when th eorder is taken have a picking and packing
function that shows you what is to be picked and pack and use that. Write
me an email exlaining more your operation as we have several add-ons that
may be able to help you.
