Problems after update

Last weekend we installed the latest set of updates for RMS. Ever since we
installed the updates we are having problems with Manager.

- While in manager if you open up the items window where it lists all your
products everything is fine. It lists all the products and their prices
correctly. But, if you click on the properties button it will list the price
as something different than what was listed on the main screen. The prices
that are on the main screen where it lists all of your products is correct,
but if you click on ANY item the price in properties is different than what
it should be.

for example, I can click on any item and the price will say 58.99 on the
properties window regaurdless of the item. Its real price is listed as 3.99
on the main list. But when you click on properties it will say 58.99. I
have closed manager and restarted the computer, and the problem will persist,
but instead of everything being 58.99 it might be 1.99. The price that
everything is changes each time you open and close manager. For example, if
the first item you click on is 4.99, after that every other price will be
listed as 4.99 until you shut down the computer.

The problem does not seem to effect the pos. Sales and transactions seem to
work perfectly at the correct price. The problem is only in Store operations
manager.

Any ideas?

Which hotfix update version you have?
The latest hotfix is 1.3.1006

We installed the CD that was sent to us in the mail. It is 1.3.1002

Hello,
I had the same situation today and pulling my hair to figure it out.. I am
glad it is not hardware related issue.

any idea where to check to download hotfix ?
