Hi, I am setting up RMS for a very high volume supermarket. When they tender
the transaction they just want to hit a key on the keyboard and go to the
corret tender type on the screen. I have programable keybords but I cannot
figure out how to set them up.

I have 4 different tender types defined. Cash, Check, Amex, VISA/DC. In RMS
manager I defined the tender scan codes as A, B, C, D respectively for the
tender types. I also programmed the keys on the keyboard with the scan codes.
When I look at the programmed key I see somethin like [F12][C] for AMEX. But
when In POS and want to tender the transaction for AMEX I hit the key it
opens the tender screen and enters "c" into the first tender line. IT should
actually go to AMEX and wait for the amount to be entered.

Can someone help me with this?
