This may require a small customisation. Check the content of the returns
and match them with the invoice [sales receipt ] and highlight the items
that were sold at a discounted or sales price. Then allow the cashier or
the manager to accept OR no the return. Contact me for more info on th
ecost of doing such a customisation.
