 Is it possible to ammend the system to allow more than 1000 items to appear
in the purchase history of a customer file?

 I had no idea that it stops at 1000. Did you count them?
Because there is no way of configuring the code of the windows I would have
to say no. Is there no way for you to run a report instead of using the
Purchase History?
