Hi
Has anyone seen a problem where a sales report is showing a margin of 100%
but the item card has the correct margin?
It is in a HQ environment.
Thanks

Gaz,

Has nothing to do with the item card, what does the report show for the =
cost of goods? If its wrong, then you need to send down a 302 =
worksheet.

Thanks for that Jeff

The customer is telling me that they sent the 302 and all branches except
one has the cost.

Also there are certain products where there are different costs over
different dates and they are saying that they definetly did not change the
costs.

There is an example here if anyone wants to look

The product is BA1826-455
