iraj,

Is this a new install or an upgrade from an older version?

Did you try to re-install the Mercury's Gift interface?

Did you call Mercury?

Have you installed any new RMS add-ons that might of tweaked the =

You might think about the IP setup here. Simply what address do you have =
and what address is the database at. The error message says it all

Database connection lost, application will be closed

Which means you have lost connectivity with your local database. This is =
shown by SELECT GETDATA() AS CurrentDateTime

RMS runs this command every second, so it is the first thing to die if =
the connection is lost. Is there any kind of VPN that is being =
established to run the Mercury Payment? If "Use Default Gateway on =
Remote Connection" is set on a VPN then external addresses cannot be =
accessed once that VPN is started. That's sort of what it looks like. =
Maybe Mercury is cutting off access to the database?

iraj,
